Real Deal Security & Staffing LLC provides a 30-hour intensive training program at The H.A.C.
Real Deal Academy: Training Programs
- 1. NJ SORA Certification: Mandatory 24-hour initial and 8-hour renewal courses for NJ security licensing, including 2026 Use of Force updates.
- 2. Casino Hospitality: High-volume guest engagement and "Ambassador" training using the 10/5 Rule and LEAP de-escalation method.
- 3. Clean & Green Maintenance: Vocational training in industrial power washing, graffiti removal, and Tourism District beautification standards.
- 4. Digital Workplace Literacy: Hands-on mastery of HR portals (Workday/ADP), QR-code timekeeping, and frontline cybersecurity.
- 5. ServSafe & Alcohol Awareness: Fast-track certification for food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service (TIPS) for Boardwalk venues.
- 6. Offshore Wind Support: Logistics and administrative training for land-side operations supporting NJ’s maritime energy sector.
